Kauri forests

Last night we took a 4 hour walk through the Kauri forest with Maori guides. The evening was a combination of education and magic. Songs of welcome and thank you. We all left with a special appreciation of the the second largest trees in the world who are 98% wiped out. Here is a brief part of one of the songs of a 3,000 year old kauri tree.
