Walking around the hood
After another fine dinner by Pat, a version of an Italian wedding soup and fresh baguettes, we took a walk around or peninsula. The wind died down, clouds scampered away, given the evening a crisp feel. We found a hatchet on the walking path. Marty picked it up and a couple of boys walked up giving him the stink eye. "Hey did you lose a hatchet?" They claimed they had so we returned. They boys said they were fishing for elephant fish. I suppose they use the hatchet to remove the elephant fish trunks. I also snapped a photo from or porch this morning.
